Breakfast was not much choices and the nasi lemak egg boiled was spoiled. I hope in the future have new menu and if can daily difference menu..

location accessible. near KSL mall. our room newly renovated with breakfast included as foreigner eating local food is absolutely great. I like the rendang and Nasi Lemak. right across the hotel and beside there’s a lot of eateries. I love the most is the Century street food. food was amazing and value for money . there’s also a salon in the lobby for my hair color and haircut. way cheaper too than singapore rate. we managed also to ask for late check out without additional charge as my hair was not done until 1pm.

Basically it’s presentable & pleasantly acceptable! Food is warm but not warm enough (my opinion)

Sparkling clean rooms, loved the newly renovated toilets. Best hotel stay so far.

Mr Iswaran (if i got the name right) was so polite and helpful, explaining in detail with patience and accomodating in many ways. Thumbs up !

Due to fasting month too tired to go for the morning breakfast at 4.30am but location wise is always good been here before.

Love the customer service. From when im checkin around midnight, great service from Daniel and his friend, up till during checkout, friendly bell boy assist me with my luggage, and front desk ease me with my checkout. Kudos to the management for having them as staf!
